Every conference this installation holds. One of them is open, and that is the one the staffing tool, the door, the dashboard, the agenda and the mailing are all working in. Opening another moves every screen in the building to it; nothing in the one you leave is changed, and you can come back to it whenever you like.
The conferences
Bring people in from another conference
Copies people onto the roster of the open conference. Pick the conference to take them from and what they were, and you will be shown who would come across before anything is written.
Nobody is copied until you press the second button and type the word.
Their name, title, position, organization, email, phone, roles and photograph come with them, and so does their place in GoHighLevel. What stays behind belongs to the conference it happened at: their status, the notes somebody wrote, their dinner seat, their arrival at the door, the sessions they were on and the questions they were sent. They arrive at the status Imported, which keeps them out of the blanket letters until an organizer looks at them.
Start another one
Untick what this one does not do and those screens come off the menu for it. Nothing is deleted and nobody is locked out — what an account may do is still decided by the account. You can change this whenever you like.
It starts empty, with no people and no agenda, and it does not open by itself. Leave the last day blank for a conference that runs one day.
A conference keeps its own roster, agenda, photographs, attendance links, door record, speakers’ questions and mailing queue. Staff logins and the mail settings are the installation’s and are shared by all of them, so nobody needs a second account to look at an earlier year. Personal links already sent out keep working whichever conference is open: a link belongs to the one it was issued for and goes on answering for it.
