How many of each network are in. The bar is what has been handed out.
Everybody with a badge, whether they are in or not. The call list further down holds only the people still to come, so somebody who has already arrived is not in it.
Not on the list. This registers them, gives them the next number in their network, and marks them here. Only a name is needed.
This is the call list. It empties as people arrive.
Start the door again
Clears every arrival, so the count goes back to nought and everybody returns to the call list. For after a rehearsal. Badge numbers and codes are not touched — the printed cards stay exactly as they are.
This page reads itself every twenty seconds, so it can be left open on a screen all morning. It carries names and badge numbers and nothing else: no addresses, no telephone numbers. Look somebody up in the staffing tool when you need to reach them.
