This survey is the two drafts merged, with the duplicates collapsed. Change anything: the words, the options, the order, what is required. Answers are filed under a question’s id, not its wording, so rewording one keeps everything people have already said under it. Removing a question hides it from the survey and does not delete the answers.

The letter and the text that carry people to it

Each survey has its own. The person's name goes on the letter's greeting line. In the text message {full} becomes their title and name, {name} just their first name, and {link} their own link. Leave a field empty to go back to the wording this survey came with.
